Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes. I offer virtual sessions for adults located in Oregon. I typically see clients on Fridays and evenings. If you're interested in working together, you’re welcome to schedule a free 20-minute consultation.

I work with thoughtful, sensitive, and self-aware people who are navigating transitions, identity shifts, grief, relational wounds, or simply a sense of being stuck or out of alignment. Many of my clients are unpacking family-of-origin dynamics, exploring neurodivergence, or healing from complex experiences that don’t always fit into neat categories. I also specialize in working with people in nontraditional relationships (polyamory, ENM), creatives, and those doing deep self-exploration.

My approach is warm, relational, and depth-oriented. I draw from attachment theory, family systems, and narrative therapy — and I often explore the roles, archetypes, and identities that shape your story. Rather than pathologizing your pain, I’m interested in what your patterns have been trying to protect, and what new possibilities are ready to emerge.
I believe in power-with, not power-over. You are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you — not as a fixer, but as a thoughtful collaborator helping you reconnect with your inner truth and author your own healing. I’m here to hold space, ask meaningful questions, and support you in reclaiming a sense of choice and self-trust.
I also believe that knowledge is power. I aim to demystify clinical language and make complex psychological concepts feel approachable and human. I want to give you tools, insight, and reflection prompts that help you color in your own map — not hand you a one-size-fits-all solution. My hope is that you leave therapy not only with clarity, but with a deeper connection to your own compass.

Yes. In addition to therapy, I offer a creative, exploratory coaching framework called The Atlas of You — a self-discovery process that combines structured reflection, identity work, and narrative mapping. Coaching is ideal for those outside of Oregon, or for folks seeking support that’s more insight- and growth-oriented rather than clinical.

My standard rates are:
• Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $120
• Relationship Therapy (Couples or Triads): $130I also offer longer sessions for individuals and couples: 75- and 90-minute options are available. For couples, I typically recommend starting with 90-minute sessions to allow more space for both partners to be heard and for us to explore patterns more deeply. Over time, we’ll revisit what session length and frequency feel most supportive.
I don’t bill insurance directly, but I’m happy to provide Superbills you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I also reserve a few sliding scale spots based on need.
Coaching packages are priced separately depending on format and scope—reach out for details.

The first few sessions are a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll explore what’s bringing you in, what patterns you’ve been carrying, and what your hopes are for our work together. You don’t need to prepare anything — just come as you are. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out.
If we decide we’re a good fit, we’ll shape the direction of our work collaboratively. Some clients prefer a slower, exploratory approach. Others appreciate more structure and direction early on. If you're open to it, I can take a more active role in helping you identify core themes, build a strong foundation, and set goals that feel aligned. We’ll always move at a pace that feels safe, intentional, and tailored to you.

Finding the right therapist is a deeply personal process. The most important thing is feeling safe, seen, and supported. If you value depth, curiosity, and relational attunement — and if you're drawn to unpacking your story in a thoughtful and nonjudgmental space — we may be a good match. A free consult is the best way to find out.
-
Yes. I have a trauma-informed lens and work often with developmental, relational, and identity-based trauma. That said, I do not currently offer intensive treatment for complex PTSD or dissociation. If I believe you would benefit from more specialized care, I’ll offer referrals and support in finding the right fit.
-
You are absolutely welcome here. I offer a queer-affirming, neurodivergent-aware, and nonjudgmental space for exploring identity — including gender, sexuality, cultural context, or relational structure. You don’t need to know all the answers to begin this work.
-
Sometimes, yes. For clients who benefit from deeper or more creative work, I may offer curated intensives, half-day sessions, or sessions in alternative settings like parks or walking paths (depending on comfort and location). These options come with some limitations around confidentiality, which we’ll discuss in advance.

If you are seeking therapy, I am only licensed to work with clients located in Oregon. If you’re outside of Oregon and interested in self-discovery work, The Atlas of You coaching experience may be a good fit.
