I work with all kinds of relationship structures—monogamous, polyamorous, queer, and chosen family systems. My approach is warm, structured, and insight-driven. I don’t just hold space for what’s happening—I help you understand the deeper dynamics at play and create a map forward.

Alternative Settings & Intensives

In addition to traditional telehealth sessions, I offer:

+Walk-and-talk therapy outdoors or in public spaces

  • Sessions in public settings (e.g., parks or cafes)

  • Extended or curated intensives (e.g., 3 hour jump start intensives, half day)

Please note: Outdoor or public sessions come with reduced confidentiality. I will do my best to protect your privacy, but cannot guarantee you won’t be seen or overheard. By choosing these formats, you accept this limitation.

Similar to my hourly rates. Longer sessions will be agreed upon in advance at a custom rate.

Rates & Insurance

Pay what you can. If it feels like a good fit, let’s make it work.

I believe that if we’re a good fit for therapy, we should work together—regardless of whether you can pay my suggested rates. I also offer a few sliding scale spots for clients who need financial flexibility.

Private Pay & Insurance

I offer therapy services as a private pay provider and do not bill insurance directly.
However, I can provide you with a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement under your out-of-network benefits.

Because every plan is different, I recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask:

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

  • What percentage of each session is reimbursed?

  • Do I need pre-authorization for therapy?

  • What is my deductible?

If you’re seeking couples therapy, please note that many insurance plans do not cover relationship counseling unless one partner has a diagnosed mental health condition. If this applies to you, it’s best to confirm with your insurance provider before beginning therapy to avoid unexpected costs.

Good Faith Estimate

In accordance with federal law, I provide a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected costs of therapy.
This ensures transparency and clarity around your investment in your mental health.
